About Me

I am a traveller -  always interested in new cultures, landscapes, peoples habits and traditions. Influenced by my asian travels and deep dives into new cultures I started yoga practise. After beeing a passionate yogi since more than 13 years now, my little son inspired me to become a kids yoga teacher.
I see an absolut need in teaching the yogi kids in a playful, inspiring way, eg. to provide tools: to overcome challenging situations (as german school system, loss and sorrows), to be more selfconfident, open minded, more sensitive to feel their body and soul, to learn about the yoga tradition & philosophy & effectiveness, and to be happy and have some fun!

I have another business life, working in brand marketing at one of the largest sports brand, I work 80% (my husband too) to have some work-life-balance and to juggle our family, yoga and the job..

my dream is to have more time for my kids yoga class....

What is your favorite kids yoga pose?

I really love the standing eagle pose, a mix of balance, core strength and coordination.

There are a lot of nice and fun poses though... the girls love quite often the tree, or mermaid pose, the boys any wild life animals or the crow

About Me

I am a Paediatric Occupational Therapist having my private practice in Brussels, Belgium. Yoga has always been a part of my life and my strong drive to bring this to the special needs world made me complete this enlightening teacher training course. I am very happy to incorporate this 'unique way of living' with my therapy program and thereby strengthen my goal of rendering holistic intervention! Thanks to Bryony!

About Me

Hi all! I got introduced to yoga when initially subscribing the youngest of my three sons for children’s yoga. Very quickly I got bitten by the yoga bug and discovered there was more to it than just the physical benefit. In 2012 I started training as a children’s yoga teacher and from the first classes I taught, I was hooked and made the decision to say goodbye to corporate life! (something I congratulate myself for every day since...)
From the desire to bring the amazing benefits of yoga not only to children but also to families and adults, I also completed a 500h yoga teacher training.

About Me

I started teaching yoga to children at the beginning of 2014 and I have been lucky enough to teach regularly in a nursery school and in a local primary school.  I have really enjoyed my journey so far and look forward to sharing and learning more from the children and now from other children's yoga teachers.

My mission is to nourish your child with yoga and show them a healthy way to have strong balanced bodies, calm minds and pure hearts.

About Me

I am living happily (most of the time!) in London. I completed the YogaBeez training last week! I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and working with children for 13 years, both are things that I absolutely love so when the opportunity came to combine the two I jumped at it! I feel really passionate about providing a space where children can express themselves, be creative, have fun and learn to have a  positive sense of self  and self awareness. My other interests include gardening, permaculture, bushcraft, knitting, making things, people, animals, baths and reading.

About Me

I am keen for the magic of Yoga to be introduced to children as early and as widely as possible as the practice has been such a wonderful gift to me.

As much as I enjoy teaching Yoga to children - it fills my heart with joy and happiness whilst keeping me very fit - in the vast metropolis where I live, I am finding that this is absolutely vital work.

Children and teenagers definitely need a break and a positive coping tool from the constant busyness of their lives in this new digital age of computers and social media, pressures at home and at school.

The work we do as Yoga teachers for young people should never be underestimated - it truly can be an oasis in the desert!
